Items in stock will be sent as soon as possible. This will normally take 2 - 4 business days. If an out of stock is item ordered we can either hold onto all the ordered items until the item comes into stock and send as one parcel, or send the items we have in stock immediately and then send the to follow item(s) when they come into stock. This will however incur a second £4 Postage charge.
Orders received by 12pm should be with you the following day (Applies only to items in stock at time of ordering) Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following day. Excluding orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, they will be sent out the following Monday
Royal Mail will now not send items over a certain length without incurring extra charges. If these items are ordered the postage cost will still stay at £4.00 for standard delivery but the items will be sent using Evri.

Excluding orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, they will be sent out the following Monday. On some rare occasions orders placed after 5pm will not make the following days post. They will then be sent out the day after. For example an order placed 5:30pm on Monday might miss Tuesdays post but will then leave us on the wednesday for Thursday delivery. If this is happening we will let you know.
Place your order as normal and select the 'Click and Collect' postage option. We will email you when the item is ready for collection. When you come to collect the item from the shop please bring with you the card used to pay for the item as well as some photo ID (Passport, Driving license etc.)
If you fail to collect the item after 3 weeks then your item will be posted out to you.
Due to the length of flexible track this can not be sent with Royal Mail so any orders containing long lengths of flexible track will have to be sent with a courier at the relevant postage rate.
Due to the restrictions Royal Mail apply on sending certain items through the post any orders that contain one of these restricted products will be sent via a courier. This will unfortunately incur extra charges and will be charged at £9.25 per parcel.
Currently orders placed for despatch overseas are not charged at the time of ordering. Once we receive the order we will contact you with a quote for the postage and, if it is acceptable, we'll contact you for payment of the whole order.
