Returns Policy

Unwanted items

If, after buying an item over the phone or online, you would like to return it then please notify us via email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have a further 14 days to return to item to us in its original, unopened packaging. You will recieve a refund within 14 days of the item arrived back to us as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent out. Unfortunately, we don’t refund the cost of the return postage for unwanted items.

Faulty or incorrect items

On the odd occasion that an item may arrive faulty please contact us before returning it. It maybe that we can help sort out a problem over the phone or resolve the issue in a way that doesn’t involve you sending the item back to us. If we cannot do this, we may offer a returns label for you to print out and stick on the parcel. Further instructions will be given when you receive your label. We will then inspect the item on return and arrange for either a repair, replacement or refund.

The same applies to items received in error.

If the item develops a fault after use most of the manufacturers offer a warranty. Details of this will be enclosed with the product, but generally this carries from 6 – 12 months. Items that develop a fault within this time can be returned to us for a repair, replacement or refund if the product has been used according to the instructions within the product.

All of our second hand items comes with a three month warranty.
