This Limited Edition model is limited to 300 locos with each model will come with a numbered limited edition certificate as well as the options of DCC fitting, DCC sound fitting or weathering.

D1015 'Western Champion' was built at Swindon Works in 1963, carrying the unique Golden Ochre livery until 1965 when it was repainted into BR maroon.

On the 30th January 1965 D1015 worked the return trip of Sir Winston Churchill's funeral train back to London Paddington from Oxfordshire.

The loco can still be seen in service today, even sporting a version of this livery during it's return to the mainline in the early 2000's.

This Limted Edition Dapol N gauge Class 52 Western will feature:
