In 2019, Hull Trains launched a poll to find suggestions for naming its five Class 802-3 Paragon trains.

As a result, set 802301 was named #Amy Johnson# after the Hull-born pioneering pilot who became the first woman to fly solo between London and Australia in the 1930s, setting many long-distance flying records. This unit was the first of Hull Trains# Class 802-3 bi-mode units, entering service on 25th November 2019. The five 5-car sets work express services between Hull and London King#s Cross.

Our OO model Train Pack is a fantastic replica of this modern design, with HM7000 capability if you add a 21-pin decoder (sold separately).
